We service the Moreton Bay region, including North Lakes, Mango Hills, Narangba, Bribie Island, Bongaree, Beachmere, Bellmere, Morayfield, Burpengary, Calboolture, Deception Bay, Elimbah, Sandstone Point and some surrounding suburbs.

We repair a wide range of large kitchen and laundry appliances, including ovens, cooktops, washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, rangehoods, and fridges.

We do not sell parts over the counter*, however we have access to a wide range of parts to repair the appliances we service.

*We are not a parts supplier. If you are after parts only, please contact your local appliance parts store/supplier.

We’re unable to provide firm quotes over the phone/email. However, we can arrange for a technician to assess your appliance and provide a repair quote.

Service Call charge:

$135.00 (inc GST)*

This fee includes the first 15 minutes labour and is only charged once, even if the service technician requires a second visit to fit parts.

Our technicians can normally diagnose common faults and provide a repair quote during this time. If parts and extra labour is required, the technician will give you a quote before going ahead unless prior approval is provided.

Extra Labour: $90.00 (inc GST) per hour This is charged in 10-minute increments ($15 per unit).

*Out of area charges apply to locations outside our standard service area. Service areas and availability are determined by management.

Parts are quoted after assessment.

If you would like us to order a specific part and bring it out with us for the repair, you will be liable for the payment of that part or a restocking fee (at the technicians discretion) if the part isn't required.

Yes, we offer a warranty on all our repairs to ensure your peace of mind. The duration of the warranty depends on the type of repair. Please ask us for more details.

Our friendly admin team will take your contact and appliance details, explain our call-out charges, and schedule an appointment for a technician to assess your appliance.

Absolutely! All our technicians hold the required qualifications, certifications and insurance to repair your appliance. When you book an appointment we will record the make and model of your appliance to ensure we are qualified to look at it.
